Receive Service
Upon arrival, the vendor scans your Member Code using the free mobile app we provide, thereby logging their arrival and noting any work they've performed while on site. Our Mobile Scanning Technology provides a level of security and assurance not found in any other service. Work activity can then be tracked anytime using our simple and easy-to-use online dashboard. Snow Birds and absentee owners, rejoice!

Vendors must perform all work to our high quality and service standards, ensuring you'll always receive extraordinary quality and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work performed, (as highly unlikely as that may be), Concierge will be there as your trusted advocate. Vendors' service levels and pricing are pre-negotiated, monitored and strictly enforced, so you're sure to get the best value for your money...every time.
Pay with Ease
Paying for services has never been easier. When leaving the member's residence, the vendor "scans-out" to record their departure. If the project is finished, the vendor marks the work as complete, and submits the invoice. Concierge immediately sends you a copy of the invoice and a payment request. Simply approve the payment, and the vendor is paid for their services, and you receive a receipt. Seamless and simple.
